If you are Candidate, you warrant to us that all your candidate information is accurate and complete. If the Candidate information changes, you agree to update the information so that it is accurate and complete. If you breach this condition, the Company may suspend or terminate your account.

Candidate information is provided by you to the Company voluntarily and you authorize us to retain and use the information. You agree to allow us to release the Candidate information to any Client that requests your resume, contact details and other information.

You understand and agree that the Company has no control over how the Client will use the Candidate information.

Accuracy of Information

The Candidate is responsible for ensuring that the Candidate information is accurate and current.

We make no guarantees as to the accuracy of any information on the Website, including information provided by Candidates, Clients or Visitors.

Copyright and Intellectual Property

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service.

We own the domain name CanABC.org and all intellectual property associated with the Company.

Privacy Policy

Candidate information is subject to our Privacy Policy, details of which are shown at "www.CanABC.org/index.php?page=terms". If you use the Service you have agreed to the collection and use of Candidate or other Visitor information .

Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Ontario, Canada, Courts.
